Stats:
1) over 55
2) 230 lbs
3) 200 mg proteins, a day.
4) I have about 3000 Calories a day.
In Cycle
1) A-drol 50 mg per day first 2 weeks (100 mg per day 2nd 2 weeks)
2) Sustantion 500 mg per week.
3) Deca 400 per week.
Workouts:
1) Six times a week.
2) Triathlon training 3 X per week (run bike swim)
3) Weight room 3 X per week. (Standing squats, lats, biceps, high reps (12 -15) low weight (20 - 40 lbs).
During the first two weeks on A-drol I felt sick. I did work outs and was very gassed. I thought maybe I would adjust to A-Drol sides. I could not do any kind of endurance, and could not get that extra pump in. I felt like I could do more weight. I attempt more weight(5 - 10 lbs more but at 12-15 reps), but the number of reps fell to the floor. I have read that many people cannot handle A-Drol. I guess that I am one of them. I attempted 100 mg during the second two weeks. My first few days I felt so sick, I just could not work out. I was short of breath, I felt sick, I could not eat. I was drinking electrolytes all day (128 oz).
Since this was my first time using A-drol, thought I would throw the info out there for a quick sanity check.
