Taste was good. Nice vanilla type of flavor.
Overall my vascularity improved, especially in the shoulder region, However:
I am totally lethargic and seem to be in a bad mood all the time.
My energy levels, as well as my cardiovascular strength have decreased a bit, with weight strength improved.
Overall, I will not use this product again, but love VPX for their other greats.
