I'm 6'2" 270 lbs of not so lean body mass. I'm having a hard time of losing the weight. But I am trying. My diet is a mess, three kids make it difficult as well as working midnights.

Fuck all a y'all! How's that for fuckin' honesty?

I dont fake my weight, nor my lifts. Believe it, don't believe, I don't give a fuck either way.

I can bench 220, just. I chose not to cause it fucks my shoulders. Dumbells are a lot kinder to me, max out on the 90s. My squat is 360, not that heavy either - but proves there's more to muscle development that just the weight.

I get better results from volume training, maybe cause Im 38 this year and my joints arent that supple. Ive been training less than 5 years, so maybe my joints/ligaments havent been conditioned enough when I was younger. Who knows. Also got some posture issues Im trying to sort out, and about to work on my core strength this year.

Im currently cutting with cardio, clen and a little juice, going to detox in Indo for a month. Organic food, lots of fish and fresh vegetables, daily massages, tropical climate etc . . there's a fair bit of disease over there though, so I might come home a little underweight if I catch something.

Should drop it off before cycling in March. At that point I'll probably run a log. . . with pics. It'll be an interesting year for Gears for me.

I have nothing to add, i am average at best, blame poor diet, not training and poor rest, years of doing grave yards shifts have thrown my body clock right out the window. I can bench 225, can row 55kg dumbells, bench 40 kilo dumbells, have leg pressed 11.5 plates a side, squated 140 kg, rack pulled 180kg x 5, shoulder press smith machine with 200 lbs. Have shoulder pressed 32.5 kg dumbells. Right now i am doing more cardio, rowing etc, curent pb is 9.5 minutes for 2000 metre’s. Maybe this year consistency in the diet will help me recomp.
 
On a scale from 1-10, if 1 was pee-wee Herman & 10 was jay cutler...

I'm probably about a 12
