Hey guys im halfway through 6th week on the keto diet i have lost 8kg so far. i have not been doing much cardio, but i think i will need to add the cardio in 4 times a week now. Also got my bf level checked i am 11.7% 89kg 176 cm tall. just wondering when do your abbs really stat to pop ???

i plan on doing this diet until i am 6-8 % bodyfat. then plan on doing a clean bulk and taking advantage of the rebound effect.
 
Congrats maing! How frequently are you going carb ups (I'm assuming a CKD ..) I'm sure a little cardio will add a dimension to keep things moving.

"When" your abs come out is more of a genetic thing I think. (Where "genetic" means where you tend to hold your bodyfat and thickness of your abs. ) I have to fight hard to get mine to come out, and its only when I'm deep into competition prep and everything is running consistent and tightly. Some people can have a decent 4-pack going even when they're not really all that cut.

LOL you can do a lot of damage in 4 hours (well I can anyway ;) )

yes i know i dont make my self sick in that 4 hours i just eat carbs till im full pretty much.

im just hoping i get the end result i want, it is mentally taxing doing this as i have never really done a proper cut and have always been over 90 kg for the last 2 years although happy with my physique i want to look freaky not just big with a little bit of definition.
