-1 scoop of whey
-1 packet of lower sugar instant quaker oats
-2 tsp of flax oil
I mix this with a bottled water as my replacement meal. It doesn't taste to great but I'm trying to mix it up with different flavor oats and whey to make it taste better. Also I'm am clean bulking @ 5'9ft 158lbs mant cals are 2316.
