I just need some advice to see if im on the right track is i should fit in more into my workout or take out some so any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!
Mondays i will run for about 30 mins then do 5 sets of 8 reps of flat benchpress, Then 5 sets of 8 sets of declined benchpress, then about 2 other routines for my chest. that is it for my chest for the week.
Wensdays it is my arm. I will do 15 mins stairstepping and then do about 3 types of ab workouts. Then 2 types of tricep workouts that are about5 sets each to the failure piont. Afterwords it is biceps with just curls with freewieghts with about 5 sets to failure. Thats it for my arms for the week.
fridays i will run for 30 mins
Saturdays run for about 10 mins(by the way running for me is fast paste running for 5 mins and then walking the alternating 5 mins) then i will proceed to do squats and deadlifts or a circuit training of various exercises to my leg.
