My PSL Experience

My first order was in early Feb; I got a shipping email and a tracking number, but as soon as it left EU, no more tracking and it never did show up. I asked that different products be shipped instead of a reship because I really needed the gear I had ordered and when it didn't show, I got some from another source.

After a few canned emails, I was able to exchange info with the real rep and he took care of my requests and today, the replacements came! It was a bit of a wait and hassle, but PSL made things right as rain and I have no complaints; I will defiantly order from PSL again!
 
great feedback im sure PSL and his reps appreciate this they are always on top of customer support
 
Appreciate the feedback brother. I'm very sorry for the hassle. Feb was a nightmare for shipping. We had packages stuck in customs for over a month! I'm glad we could make it right for you and thank you for sharing your experience :)

Here's the latest update:

Yesterday the original order from early Feb showed up! No inspections or package intrusions, nothing amiss or out of what you would expect to be normal. Packed well and complete; just frickin 60 days for delivery! What the hell???

The only thing that even looked like it could have been a problem was that two of the stamps were loose and bent over!

The PSL guys said it would show, but to be honest, I thought it was long lost.

Got to give PSL props; they really made things right as far as I'm concerned. I will order from them again and from what I've seen I think the delivery delay problems are taken care of; as the replacement order came in about one week.

As far as we're concerned, once the replacement order was shipped, the first order was a loss either way. So if it ends up still getting to you, even better! Nothing wrong with 2 for the price of 1 :) Enjoy your freebies brother and thanks again for the great review!
 
PSL is probably the only source I will ever use. For the simple fact of communication and great products. I am already in the works to get another big order from them in the next month or so. Just saving up what I would normally spend on weed every week, ($50-100) and putting that to the side until I hit my goal of $1200. Can't frickin wait. PSL customer for life brother.
