What do you guys think about this routine for bulking while on gear..? For a while I was doing 4 days a week with some cardio and wrist/ab workouts inbetween but decided to up it to five and hit it hard.
Also note I put traps in twice a week as I want them to pop out more.
Monday: Chest, Traps
DB Flat Bench press
DB Flat Flyes
DB Incline press
DB Incline cable flyes
Chest Dips
Machine BB Traps
Tuesday: Back
Wide Stirup-bar Chins
Wide Machine Rows
Close Cable Chins
Close Cable Rows
Stiffleg Deadlifts
wedsday: Legs, Abs
Smith Squats (I have an injury that is making regular sqts a no go atm)
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Steated Calves
Standing Calves
Dicline weighted situps
Machine Crunches
Thursday: Shoulders, Traps
Arnold Press
DB Front Hammer Raise
Upright Rows
Machine Rear delt pulls
Bent BB Shrugs (The barbel is bent in the middle so that my palms face my hips instead of forward)
Machine Shrugs
Friday: Arms
Preacher Curls
Seated DB Hammer Curls
Overhead Cable Curls
Bench Dips
Skull Crushers
V-Bar pulldown's
Forearms Front and back
Saturday: off (light Cardio)
Sunday: off
