Are you using and wraps or anything to help with that tendinitis? I injured my right elbow a while back and picked a couple different types up to see what helped and what didn't. I just lowered the weight and did more reps to keep the muscles working. Seemed like as soon as the right one started feeling better i injured the left one and had to switch up the wraps. The young punks can think what they want with me coming in this wrap or that, but they're gonna be old some day too......
