Day 1: Chest + frond shoulder + tricep
Day 2: Cardio + ABS
Day 3: Back + Behind neck shoulder + Traps
Day 4: Cardio + ABS
Day 5: Legs + Bicep
Day 6: Cardio + ABS
Day 7: Off
