U are definitely not 10%. I'm close to 10% and u are carrying much more bf

i just carry it in my midsection. in the first pic i was guessing based on where i was last time i was checked at 10%. It could be anywhere from 10-12 in the first image. I can still see some abs so it isn't in the teens.

i just looked at yours... you are definitely lower than 10 in my eyes.

lol you are not 10%..hope this helps

its ok,as ive said before people tend to underestimate their bf all the time..unless you've done bod pod testing then you can know for sure..good luck with your goals anyway

yeah. as i said it was a guess from where i was this time last year around 11.5, yet i look leaner this time. i just know how and where my body stores fat. plus a picture is different than real life. Anyways gotta eat!

Ground turkey (6oz) and 3 egg whites w/ 1 whole. Also threw in 1/2 cup of fat free shredded cheese. One of my favorite meals. Sometimes i'll have a spinach salad with it too.

i am not going to argue my bf the whole time but if you think this is 19-20% i guess that's your right and i have a lot more work in front of me than i realized but thanks for the motivation lol

it's called a before picture for a reason. end of day. stomach full of food, sodium, no gym pump, etc. i do hope this is the last of these posts bc i just don't care to respond to anymore.

Lol I have looked five timed worse than that. I think its a GREAT start place and ten weeks is just about right to completely transform.

update: just got back from a back/bi session. eating (no carbs) then hitting cardio a little after for about an hour.

i posted this on one of the other threads too but since this is my log i'll post it here too.

i do some side training and a very popular question from my clients is how fast can i see results. Loaded question i know. So to motivate a couple of them i decided to jump completely off my diet for 2 months. Now i am doing a 30 day challenge for them to show what can be accomplished in a short amount of time with of course hard work and discipline. I know it will pay off in the end but it was hard convincing myself to do this as i had just got done with my first cycle (test 500/var 60mg) and i was really satisfied with my progress only to see it come to a halt. So I am doing this for the contests but i have other motivating factors as well i guess is what i am trying to say. Here is an image i took right before i got off my diet.
