I mean honestly, do all these capsules and pills really work? Name the vitamins, creatines, and other shit that HAVE worked for you. :)
 
effidra worked better than any other "legal supplement" I have ever used. Other than that creatine is the only supplement that gave me unquestionable gains.
I do feel however that a good vitamin and mineral supplement has worked for me as well.
 
multivitamin....protein powders....eca....maybe creatine but i dont take it....
 
u mean by brand or just by category(protein, creatine, etc)?
 
I am going to be accused of sucking up, but Anabolic Matrix has worked well for me.

I actually prefer Maximum Pump it works well for me, and I am not just saying that because I made it. :)

I believe in whey protein, multiple vitamins, glucosomine/chondroiten, EFA's, caffeine, creatine.

Of course I believe in my own products by IronMagLabs

On's 100% Whey, ON Serious Mass, Cyto Gainer (proteins/weight gainers).

GNC Ultra Mega Gold (Multi Vitamins)
 
Bio-Genesis Whey Protein, Substance WPI, BCAA's from Optimum (2222) and Puritans Pride, Ripped Fuel back when it had Ephedra, EPA/DHA, Ultra-Coq10, Multi's
 
Ephedra and whey protein. Thinking about buying CEE since i hear good things about it.

sigh...good old ephedra definitely worked. Miss that stuff like crazy.

Hot Rox works and so does v12 turbo. Creatine mono sucks.

But most importantly, what works best is food. I dont mean just any food-I mean when apply it to our sport-it works very well. I started to power up on the food to where I eat nine times a day, and my gains and losses have never been better.
 
A lot of things I have tried work well.

SD obviously worked best for muscle growth hands down.

K+, Mg, Na+
Creatine Monohydrate
Caffeine (Green Tea)
Ephedrine HCl
Clenbuterol
Bromocriptine
Fish Oil (I am assuming here)
Multivitamins
Nolvadex, Anastrozole, other AI's
Nicotine gum/patch
Psyllium fiber
Melatonin
Nizoral
Casein
Whey
Soy
Egg Powders etc.

The rest of the stuff I can think of off the top of my head is too far grey or black market to be licit.
 
Anything with magnesium, ecdybol caps, Insulene, Oxydrene deep tissue oxygenator (aka crenulin), alpha lipoic acid, anti oxidants vitamin c and e especially, macuana puriens, vanadyl sulfate, smilax officianals, and of couse trib. I forgot humanovar, GABA, synephrine, and most importantly CLA and lecithin

Is the stuff being sold on websites at the moment as 'original formula with ephedra' not actually the same as the old stuff??
 
dont bother with supplements, just good diet, intensive training and enough recouperation

while I agree with what you said, as I hate supplement companies witha passion, there is something about the ECA stack. It was great. As for the other question, I really dont know. I have pretty much used only 1 fat burner stack for the last 2 years. It works.

I dont really believe in all that garbage. I DO believe you need a good multi and yes amino acids. Ive tried various brands of creatine monohydrate and it's done nothing but leave me with an empty feeling in my back pocket. Tried that "king of all testosterone boosters" i forget what it was called. That did fuck all. Garbage imo :hmmm: . I think ill try Satur8 properly as i wasnt very strict when i tried it before (thats CEE isnt it?) and i didnt even finish it. Unless anyone can recommend another good CEE product to me?

The thing thats worked for me the best is proper eating habits combined with dedication in the gym :rolleyes: .
 
by the way there buildingup what do you have against French people? im half french half irish/scottish.
