I placed an order with Naps. They picked up funds on 3-28(I have WU confirmation), then cancelled my order on 3-29. I've been getting the run around ever since. I'm sure they'll delete this post. Who cancelled your order they did, and if so why? I placed my order a couple of weeks before you. Seeing all the problems I ordered with another sponsor. Who has treated me very good
not sure how you misread the last ticket answer you got about the situation being forwarded to admin ie naps himself and this was maybe maybe 24 hours ago. He will get back to you and get it resolved. Naps has no reason to take your money and run we do just fine filling orders.

How long does this usually take? It's been 71 days for my order, got a message 7 weeks ago to give it a week, it was sent regular mail. Opened another ticket 4 weeks after that and was told it was forwarded to admin. Nothing but automated responses now. Is there another way I can get you this order info than a PM?

Naps has never taken anyones money or ripped anyone off that I can think of and I have been using them for a very long time (life-time customer).
What could be the reason for the OP's order being cancelled? Only thing I can think of is incorrection information from OP

Maybe they were good at one time. From my experience they are not, and from what I read lately, sure doesn't look like the same company. Site down for a week, poor communication/ excuses. Kind of seems like a raid went down. It would seem someone else is in charge of this ship.??? Just my pov. I only ordered from them because of the GREAT reputation you ppl have given them. I should not have tried someone new. I'm glad it wasn't a big order. I had a hunch.....

Most cases where the cancel peoples orders is because they spelled something wrong.

Naps' site was not down for a week. Had you bothered to read that whole thread you would know that other people reported being able to access the site during the alleged down time and that the guy who started the thread later realized it might be a problem with his ISP.
I can't stand it when people are careless with the truth. It makes it difficult to trust anything I read here.

Is this whole thing a scam????? I told you the facts of what happened. Then you all freak out!!! Maybe all these posts are the same guy! I don't want this order now as it's likely tampered with. Just return the money!
