Naps 45 days and counting

Been waiting 45 days for my gear and starting to get worried. I have contacted naps 3 times so far and all they say is keep waiting. Have tried to track it but have gotten the same response for almost a month now, "they have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch mail piece".

That sux bro. At least ID getting that "going to dispatch piece" proof that there is a package and it's on it's way. Ya it's a hell of a long time but I'm sure it'll be worth the wait bro which is usually the roughest time. I'd rather go throught PCT than the waiting period. Peace

There is a naps sponsor on here who will be able to help you resolve the situation.
I have made orders with Naps many times and revived product in under 10 days.

Was it .com or .net ?

its amazing that so many people think gear should be at your door in a matter of days lol. Naps is legit most my shit arrives in under 25 days. Hell even our packages shipped over seas have sat in customs for 16 days and all that was in the box was orange triad lol.

i made 7 order and it's at my door in 2 weeks did you put in a ticket they will get back to you in a day or reship it after 21days they will give you the tracking # or just reship it .

Could not agree more Orbit. Shit happens when shipping International and some people dont understand. For instance, take the "terriorst threats" going on right now. But Naps always come through and provides excellence service to its' customers. I never had an order arrive more than 21 days. The packaging is great also.

my friend got a order in just under two weeks from israel last week but it wasn't from Naps or any board sponsors. I was really impressed, especially since it came in a nearly see through plain white paper package that was see through if you held it up in the light.

gxr64 is checking things out for me, which is all that I wanted.

Naps has always responded within 24 hours to my questions and I have no issues with there support as I have put in several tickets on this and been just told to wait. This isn't a 2 week issue, it has been 48 days now and on my first order I think its reasonable to ask questions. I have no doubt naps will eventually come through.

To update; I received an email from admin support today (day 51) that my order will be reshipped immediately. I will update when I receive shipment.
To reiterate I am not upset at Naps because I realize the problems that can arise from shipping. I just wanted to make sure that I would be taken care of as this is my first time.



To be honest my diet has gone to crap this last month anyways, I ate too much of my kids ice cream so I need another month to drop bf% lol.

naps has always helped me with issues even when they could have told me to f-off it was postalsystem/customs... but yet they still helped!

and they always will IF you aproche the problem like an adult and not a bitching baby going off on all the forums before you even contact a rep. then hey i hate to say it but id tell em to fuk off too! lol

No letters, just be honest with them. Contact their support dept. after 15-20 days (can't remember which) they will give you a tracking number. Also contact their sponsor rep in the forum.

Got a letter today asking me if I would like to lay claim to some strange sounding products being held in customs. I don't know what they are talking about, I hope no one is using my address for anything. Any how way to go customs, please keep up the good work and keep us safe.

Just got mine. They said it would be 21 days and it was at my door in 21 days. NAPS =
