Have some issues with an order and submitted three tickets with no responses.
Tried requesting my password via the "forgot password" option on the customer service/ticket website - as I know it advises to "log in" to view responses if no emails - it tells me email has been sent with password but no emails come through.
Messaged one of the reps too on here last week and had no response from them either.
Any advice on getting a response from customer service or are there any current problems I'm not aware of?
To be clear, i've never had any problems with Naps before and always delivered far beyond my expectations.
