Naps finally came through! Customs musta gotten it, but Naps reshipped and came through. Must admit I was pissed but its wasn't their fault. Already placing winter order now to have no timing issues w bulk cycle. Naps is G2G!

One thing about ordering international is the risk of customers grabbing it. It sucks but there is now way areound it. Glad to see Naps came through. Napsgear is selective scammer. I got my first order but they just kept the money I sent for my second order and won't reply to any messages I have sent thru their support site or thru juicedmuscle forum. In fact when I made a public complaint on that board they sponsor there I was banned and my post deleted. Will this post be deleted as well?

I got my first order from Naps but they just picked up the money I sent for second order and then canceled it. No response or reply to any messages or emails I have sent them and when I posted a complaint on juicedmuscle they deleted my post and banned me. Be warned.

In 5 years of using naps, I've never once been scammed by them, nor known anyone who has been scammed.

Hey, I had some issues w two orders for a min and was frustrated like you as well. With no help from peeps on here for the most part I had the same scam thoughts. What I did was kept opening tickets w support on site and started to mark URGENT. They responded every time and ended up asking for tracking numbers. I got them, but keep in mind they only show when almost at your door. One was jabbed I am sure by customs, but eventually Naps reshipped and I got both orders. My frusteration only made things worse. So, again my advice to you is keep in contact w Support, get tracking # and try to be patient, Nappy will come through bro.

I have been wondering one thing.. I'm not complaining about wait time or anything else, but is it out of the ordinary for me to not have received an email from Naps?
My countdown on the website is still up and running (12 business days remaining atm), but I have never gotten an email from the website saying they had picked up the payment or shipped my gear. Is that normal or should I contact an admin?
Can't wait for my order to come in btw.. waiting sucks!

I get an email when I place my order, when they pick up funds, and when it is shipped. If you're not getting those emails, you should check your junk/spam folder. And maybe get a new email that won't block their communications.

All very interesting. Naps is great, they are slow, they have good quality gear, they are very busy and all that... so I go and place an order with them and wake up to find they canceled my order. I double check everything and see I MESSED up not them.
I transfixed the last 2 reference numbers. MY BAD all the way of course, making more work for them and slowing everything down even more. I fixed it and my order still says waiting for approval and I would be more comfortable if it said shipped but oh well. Still my fault. Then again, one post said he got his gear and it still says waiting online LOL

NAPS Gear Here
I just got my gear from Napsgear. Ordered 6-18 arrived 7-11. Considering all the posts about how late they are due to being so busy I have to say well done NAPS! 1 month is not a bad TA time. At least with my limited experience it seems that way to me. Thank you!
Cant comment yet on the gear itself since it just got here but everything counted up to the correct number and is just as I ordered.

Do Naps ship withing EU? Or do they ship from the US?

I ordered one time from NAPS and I am sorry to say with no success.
Not that NAPS did anything wrong, but I am living in a no-reship country and of course the package was taken by customs.
I was stupid enough not to read in the bottom of the site about witch countries that could not get a reship. And I had the opportunity to ship to another country and get it there.
So a lesson learned and the knowledge that they do ship out gear.
Will try again in the future.
