NAPS, I can not access my account?

I can not access my account, I can log into NAPSGEAR support but if I try to use my same email and password on the main page it says my password is incorrect?

I sent a request some time ago requesting my password but got no response, but my email and password should be the same as I use on the support side of your site?

Please help as I need to place an order.
