I have to give NAPS credit on their customer service.

I have been with naps for some time and they have always came through and NEVER did me wrong. I was involved with the past shipping issue and yes it was hard to be patient. However, their word is as good as gold and they came through as they said and the products were as good as ever!!!

I then had another issue which was minor and it was resolved in 2 DAYS!!! Their response is FAST and they are sincere in their efforts to help you.
