Naps shipping

I wanted to write on here first instead of going to other forums and giving naps a bad rep just because a package is late etc. I love the products, service, and quality!!! I have placed orders in the past and had no problems but this last one must have had an issue for some reason.

I still have not received my package which was shipped mid June. When I first sent a help ticket I was told on July 19th that it would arrive in 1-2 weeks and to check my tracking information to be updated daily. Today is August 19 and still no package and have not received any new information for tracking either. Just wondering why this is or can anyone throw some advice my way?

Also sent a help ticket asking direct questions but got the similar response...almost seems to be an automated response.
 
Repost this in the Naps forum, GXR or myself can help you out.

Also, go to the new members welcome thread and welcome everyone so that you can get to 50 posts and PM, or become an Elite Member here and you can PM instantly.

Hey 5150,

With new packages going out can GXR help me with my tracking #. They split my order in two and only gave me tracking for the one I received. I subbed a ticket but haven't got a response.
 
He should be able to, but give it until Tuesday before you hit him up. We just want to make sure all tracking is updated in the system.

Taking the wife and her family out for sushi, you all have a good night. Back tomorrow.

they might provide a tracking number but all u can do is sit back and wait bro..people have started recieving recently, it will come

And some have received it and the tracking number wasn't updated, I wouldn't worry so much about a tracking number.

I wouldn't be so concerned about the tracking number, like Dahawk stated, som have received their pack before the tracking was updated.
I'm sure you'll get your packs.

It won't update until clearing customs. I never both tracking since USPS tracking is shoddy at best.

I'm not really concerned with it for keeping track of updates. I just want to know when it shipped.

They wont post details here, you have to private message for specific help relating to your order. You need 50 posts on this forum to be able to private message. So do as Anabolic said and welcome new members in the new members section of the forum, to get your post count up, then private message him with specifics and he can then discuss it. Obviously you can see that posting order details in the public for illegal goods is not a smart move, it only puts you at risk and naps at risk.

O yeah for sure man. I didnt plan on posting anything outside of dates and basic info about the order. I'll work on building my posts.

Funny enough though even here in FL naps has better gear than about 90% of the connections down here.
 
Just keep dates non-specific. Use caution or we have to edit/delete posts for safety.

Hopefully they can sort you out once you pm them, they are quite helpful guys if you speak to them okay.
 
Hurricane Irene might put me (my internet connection) outta commission for a bit lol. Shouldn't be to bad though and is said to hit here Thursday.

Best part about all this..I just posted my welcome not to long ago and explained how, "I just cant seem to find a place better than south FL. " Ha ha insert foot in mouth.

I'll be good though...I'm up about 17 floors.
