Naps Trouble With Western Union

Was going to place order with Naps, went to close deal with Western Union and they say they are having trouble with recievers getting western union. I live in the US and the other options are not available to me that they have. Has anyone else had any prolem with them with western union? Naps if you read this what should I do? Im a naps customer. Thanks
