Naps website down for a week

As the title says i havent been able to access the website since monday 21st march.

Im waiting on an order tracking number but i cant even get to the support center to check it out.

Anyone know whats up with the site or do others even have trouble accessing it?

i just tracert their website and the packets are stuck in switzerland. i might try connecting from a us proxy

strange it worked from using a us proxy, for some reason the network i was trying to connect from through switzerland was blocking it 0_o

Googgle toolbar sometimes causes a conflict . Might want to look into that.

thanks guys. i dont think its browser based and i dont have google toolbar.

I read someware that a while ago naps was flagged for spamming so maybe some ISP's block traffic to naps. I think that when im accessing naps from europe and the traffic goes through switzerland its blocking traffic to their site.

I just tried it from two different browsers ( safari- exploder) and all was OK

It would block me everytime when i tried using google chrome deal, started using mozilla and it has worked fine.

Weird, I have seen there site go down here and there, but it has been up for the most part! I been talking to customer support all week! They even replied to me on Saturday(yesterday) on 2 tickets! Try this link to see if it helps you!

Thanks for your help guys, ive determined my ISP is blocking it.

I can access it from my iPhone since it used my carriers network and other computers not at my house work fine. Can also access from home computer using a proxy server but i would never order like that passing my infomation through someone elses eyes.

I managed to make a ticket and got my tracking number although its not working yet i assume since its not arived in my country yet.
