NapsGear Help Needed !

Whats up fellas , im new to these forums and joined because everytime i research napsgear this is the forum where all the good info is at.

Ive been getting my gear homebrew for years now but now i want to look at ordering via internet from naps. Im just wondering how is customs these days, i live in NY. Whats the safest way to go by ordering from them? i.e. dont order things in bulk etc. I want to stock up for my next cycle and not sure how to go by it...

Customs is customs. Sometime an order will get snatched by them, sometimes it won't. I have never had that problem (knock on wood) and I ONLY order from naps.

I have had no issues, one time it was stopped they fixed it for me ASAP and i got my stuff. all other times all was good, some make it in one week some in 2.

i wouldent stress about it.
I cant wait for my gifts myself ;-)

I paid 2 PACKS in June and still I do not receive NOTHING!!!

They say they sent the packages, but can
not give me the tracking number
Why not?

AFTER 4 MONTHS I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED NEITHER A TRACKING NUMBER!!!

how long I must more hope?

What proof or evidence we have that my packages have been sent? 4 months is too much, I have now bought in slovakya and packets delayed 4-6 days!!! with tracking number and this service costs only half of what it takes (15.00 usd)

after asking to NapsGear for my both tracking numbers,
they gave me just one and it was of a pack sent in 2008!!!


they have 6 weeks of receiving new orders, but the old packets still not arrive ... after 6 weeks, when delivery time is 3 weeks maximum!!!

no way, in a polite and professional manner i'm simply stating i have been waiting on over 1k worth of stuff since may, please read all the threads that are about naps, if i say much more this will be deleted and the most recent threat is a permanent ban if you say anything negative about naps, but from my personal experience and the fact i'm still waiting since may i would definately not use naps again!please don't ban me i'm just being honest to someone about a specific question, respectfully not g2g
