I recently purchased 500$ which is 600$USD with wu payment worth of stuff and he wont even resend anything. He doesnt even respond to my support questions. He just closes them. I can see no resend on gear but what about liv.52 and crap like that? Or even a small portion thats alot of gear, its not like its gunna break this guy hes rolling in the dough like no tommo! I can see this no resend policy with lil dink orders like 100-200 because you dont make anything. Like whats 1 resend gunna do? Of half the stuff, i am really pissed off with this customer support, i feel as if its unfair, and genxxl would be way better to order off of even UNCLE Z reinbursed me of my money back when shit didnt arrive! Also when you make a big purchase and tell them to ship something a certain way and they do not? How is that not a big deal? I bet you would be pissed off wouldnt you if you told them to send it multi packs and you tell them you will pay extra for shipping and they its included in shipping base fee and to write it in the notes? This is unfair i knew their was no reship policy but you reassured me youd do some secretive way of shipping, but you did not even pull that on your end. Because in the notes i said multiple packs in toys, and their is only 1 tracking number which means you guys send 1 package that got seized. First off i am not naps nor do i ship them so lets get that straight, i am simply the rep on this forum here for you guys to help out. Then as far as any of us know they did do that and it still got caught. There is a reason for the no reship policy, hell i know tons of sources that wont even ship to canada for the customs reasons.

I included that in notes on that shipment ill give you item number so you can read it yourself. Now now, why do this to a sponsor and post other companies in there threads? Not very respectful if you ask me. I understand what your going through and that your upset but shoot the naps rep your order number and from what i have seen looking through this forum he tends to help out.

OP, ordering any sort of illegal merchandise is high risk that you put yourself in. It is the name of the game when getting packages through customs without getting siezed.
Naps are great guys to work with and have always treated me very well.
