Hello everybody. I am new to the board, so I thought I would introduce myself... I go by rantorcha and I am a lifetime natural bodybuilder. I am actually getting ready for the NGA Night of Champions Pro Qualifier in North Carolina on June 6th. Obviously, as of today I am 7+ weeks out, so I am going to start a training journal in here as well leading up to my show.
