I've been reading alot lately about guys who talk about working neck training and exercises into their routines, but I haven't been able to find a darn thing online. Does anyone have any sites they can point me towards, or recommend something they do themselves?

I hit my neck after shrugs. The shrugs build up the back of my neck area and then I use a towel and a plate (head straps used to be popular but I haven't seen anyone use one in years) on my forehead to do some "neck curls". The neck is divided by the sternocleidomastoid muscles and after a few sets your neck gets so pumped you look like you should be playing linebacker in the NFL.

What you do is lay on a flat bench with your head hanging off the bench and use a head strap or a towel and a plate and curl your neck to your chest. Keep the reps high to avoid injury. Most people will be vary surprised how fast the neck responds to direct resistence work.

If your neck is smaller than your biceps and calves you got some work to do.

Good luck.

I use a 4 way neck machine for 2 sets.

Good plan. This should be a must for any bodybuilder. If you live in a cold climate like I do, you only get 3 good beach months to show off your hard earned physique.

Your neck is visible year round and nothing is as intimidating as a well developed neck coming out of a business suit. It is very hard to look powerful with a pencil neck.

Yea I hear ya with the weather thing. I just wish I found shirts that fit my body compared to me neck. I've got a 17inch neck now so I can't imagine making it bigger compared to the rest of my body and trying to find dress shirts that fit. I'm still gonna try and get it as massive as I can heh.
