hey im looking for a good diet to follow to get cut. i am 5' 10" 156lbs. i work 3pm to 11pm monday threw friday and go to the gym after work everyday and am sleeping by 3am normaly. right now i have a fruit smothie with whey protein for break fast around 10am. then i have a big salad with chicken and ham at 1pm. then i go to work and eat lunch at work at 6pm and then a small sandwich at 9pm, then off to the gym at 11pm and the last thing i have is a protein shake afer my work out. please help
