need a good diet while taking test/winny

hey everybody! Im new at this and in need of a good diet/ meal plan to use while taking test enanthrate 250 and winny oral- 25 a day. im currently at 235 lbs but looking to add muscle and drop body fat! if you can help me in any way i would appreciate it! thanks

If you don't know how to diet yet, forget about the steroids.

i cant reply as far as diet goes but your better off taking 250mg of test E for mon and 250mg for thursday a total of 500mg a wk. now the winni take injectable 100mg to 150mg eod for 8 weeks of the cycle. imo
