Just started working at a high pace shipping company and can't take a break at 1:30pm to eat.
I need some help to come up with a whole food mybe some milk isolate would be alright.
I usally eat 4oz pork loin,5oz sweet potatoe,3/4c brown rice,and 2serv of veggies(10g carbs)and 15g fat(walnuts,almonds,ect)
I know oats,egg whites,and almond butter would probaly work but would like to get some veggied in there with it tasting alright and to keep some what full.
Just really need to hit my macros for this meal.
There: 29g protien,65g carbs,20g fats
