Hello, New to the this forum. Background is I am an Endo-Meso body type. Extremely atheletic and gymnast growing up. Body stayed toned and muscle bound into my thirties from this. Now early 40's, and was extremely overweight to 265 lbs. Starting working out (not in a gym) but cardio work for nine months about four hours per day. Have lost 75 pounds. Now down to 190 and at a total loss of what to do now to get down further, and eat right. My doctor tells me to eat small meals all day long. I love healthly food like vegetables, but need someone to give me exact structure. I need my metabolism kick started, and then to keep it up. Please give me any exact easy basic menu instructions and when to eat the food. I usually eat once a day and sometimes eat one time and one time at bed (wheat cereal) and I am not budging on the scale. The only good thing is that my blood work is perfect now. Trigs. were over 800 and now normal, cholesterol was about 300 and now normal. So no meds for all these medical red alerts because of the weight loss, and cardio. Now, how can I get down to about 150 (which is perfect weight for me, or 140) and how do I find a structured diet? I have searched the web endless and want to know when to eat a carb, when to eat green veg, . My regular diet was almost starving myself, which had to mess up my metabolism, and now eat a head of califlower during the day, and a bowl of cereal at night. Help with the food problem please, and then I will deal with the rest of the exercise stuff.
