I am coming off 5-6 weeks eating ketogenic style, and training VERY light almost everyday. I am VERY experienced so I don't need advice as if you're talking to a newbie. Been working out 9 years non-stop, and I'm going to post a few pics to show that I am not a newbie.

Some programs I'm considering:

- Max-OT (never done it, info needed please)
- HST (never ran a full cycle, just messed around with it)
- 5x5 (never done it, looks interesting)
- P/RR/S (only done it a few times, half-assed)

Or just a basic chest/back/shoulders/arms/legs split, taking rest days when I need them, going as heavy as possible.

I am going to be doing a M1T cycle and I eating a clean diet. Not overly strict, of course.

BTW, currently I'm weighing 211 lbs. and feeling like sh*t on ketogenic diet so tomorrow I'm back to normal.

No responses?

I know but some people insist on responding with posts as if I was a newbie, lol.

you aren't a newbie??

LOL, f*ck it, I am going to go with P/RR/S. I am sick and tired of reading about how great it is and I haven't even given it a full try myself.

I am thinking about maybe this kind of split:

1. Chest, triceps
2. Back, biceps
3. Rest
4. Shoulders, traps
5. Legs
6. Rest

Most likely that, or something like this:

1. Chest, shoulders
2. Back, abs
3. Rest
4. Arms
5. Legs
6. Rest

:thumb:

Here's my advice: every 4-5 weeks, completely revamp the exercises and exercise order. Also work with timed rest intervals, different time under tensions, rep ranges and set schemes.

Thanks DD.

Which split do you prefer?

I will also be one to agree, lol. But which split do you guys think looks better? I think I like the first, because chest/shoulders IMO is too much front delts for one day.
