i am 19, 5'8, 175 with probably around 15-18% bf. i want to start cutting soon and i want to get my workout program correct. i have decided to do a 3 day split with cardio and ab work on non-workout days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday). Anything i can do to make this better, please post. any help is greatly appreciated.
