Good afternoon all, I'm new to the board and was looking for sound advice.
I am currently on the start of week 4 in my cycle and feel as if I come across a mental fork in the road, ill explain after I write my stats.
I'm 27
5'11
209 lbs- 212lbs (weight jumps up and down, likely water)
Body fat: ~13%
First cycle ever.
Measurements are:
Neck:16"
Shoulders:49 "
Chest/Back:44"
Biceps: 16.25"/ 17"
Forearms:12.25"/ 13"
Waist:33"
Thigh:26.5 "
Calves:17.5"
GOAL measurement:
Neck:17"
Shoulders:52"
Chest/Back:47"
Bicep:17.5"
Forearms:14"
Waist:30"
Thighs:25"
Calves:17"
My cycle consist of wk 1-6 200mg Test 400
Wk 7-13 400mg.
Anavar weeks 7-13 320mg week
HCG 250IU 2X weekly at WK 7-14
PCT WK 15 Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
My idea was to cut on a trt dose for 6 weeks and then when test reaches max blood levels, I would introduce HCG so that my endo test would make my 400mg test dose in the supraphysiological range to build muscle for the remaining 8 weeks.
From my measurements I'm sure you could tell I have a slight muscle imbalance which I need to correct, I intend to increase frequency and volume to my arm to catch it up to speed, gicen that it is just a 1.25" increase I felt that it is possible since I've read about some people gaining 2-3" on arms in one cycle.
Now to my question, honestly guys though my abs show I feel fat. My ideal goal for measurements may seem a bit ambitious and I still got 3 weeks to cut. Given the measurement goals I don't know whether to continue cutting for 3 weeks and then focua full force on bulking. I really wabt to lwan out to 8% body fat so I'm kinda stuck.
My trainning consist of monday -full body depletion workout like in Lyle mcdonald UD2.0 to deplete glycogen and aid with dat oxidation. Tues-thursday (21mg Yogimbine with 200mg caffeine and 3g L-tyrosine) 10X HIIT trainning followed by 30 mins LISS cardio. FRIDAY I have a tension workout with heavier weights followed by carb refeed that lasts saturday in attempt to achieve some level of supercompensation.
My carbs are from 50-100grams a day with protein at 250g and fat at 50g.
I ran T3 at 75mcg for 5 days and discontinued it due to an increase in irregular heart beat. It subsided now by it never happened to me before in my previous experiences. And the regular old ECA stack.
Should I continue with schedule and try to cut a bit more to fet to 10% and then bulk as much as I could after? Or focus on bulk and cut afterward?
Any help and avice is appeeciated guys and forgive my rant, I know my post is long.
