First off I'm 42, 5'3 and 140. I would like some info. I'm getting ready to start my first cycle and not sure what to take. I have been going to the gym for 4 years now I do have some muscles but right now they are covered by a layer of fat not to much.
I want to get toned and tight. not to large my muscles tend to pop on thier on. Any help would be greatful. thanks
