i really need to shape up on my diet mine now is awful but schools getting out and i can deal w/ it better.I have been lifting seriously for about 5 months now and i love the results ive got im not gonna quit this time.I need to get lean though you can start to see my abs some now but not like i want and i want to be cut for the summer.I am now 5 11 174 lbs 33 inch waist...i want to get my waist down maybee 1-2 inches but thats not my concern i want to drop my body fat down some i mean im not fat or anyhting just would like my abs and everyhting to look good and cut....does anyone have a basic layout of eat this..for breakfast lunch and dinner..or how muck so on so forth and would it be good to like get some energy drinks/bars for snacks and what kind are best also keep in mind im 15 and really can afford anyting real exspensive....all the help will be greatly appriciated
