Ok people I am obviously a newbie and I came to this site to get some help and opinions. I am a 21 year old 6' 1" 190 pound guy and I use to weigh 220 pounds about 3 years ago and it was just fat and not muscle, so I lost it by working out and doing cardio. I am toned now, but it can use some work, but I keep active by playing sports and working out, plus I eat healthy...not too much fast food:) Anyways, I have some fat that I cant get rid of in my inner thigh and my lower ab region. It really bothers me and with all the running and working out it doesnt want to go away. I want to take the new Xenadrine FX or something like that, to maybe get the upper edge. Is it a good idea to do that I mean I think another 5 lbs would be great, but I am not sure. Also I have a little fat in my pec region I want to get off as well. Any suggestions, thanks!!!!

Please start by reading this guide and learn proper nutrition. Come up with a meal plan and we will be glad to review it and provide advice and help along the way :D

Guide

Oh and there is no such thing as a magic pill ;)

i agree Jodi, although some supplements do assist hardwork and dedication :) * trying to insult Jodi as little as possible, I dont need an asswhooopin:shake:

Losing fat isn't taking ephedrine supplements and running your ass off, it's monitoring your calorie intake and eating intelligently to achieve the physique you desire. Read the stickys on this board and realise that cardio is highly overrated in the fat gain process. I have personally reached 5% with close to no cardio (one HIIT session per week). The reason why cardio no longer works for you is because your body has grown accustomed to frequent cardio sessions.

Peace.
