I am going to be doing a show this April first show, and I would like to say IM provided me with all the help and dieting tips that I needed to become successful in the show. However, I have never prepared for a show so I would like to find some people who are willing to help me out. I will be posting numbers of bodyfat % and what I am eating with your help to alter my diet. If any one is interested please let me know any any feed back will be great.
Right now I am 5' 8'' @ 195 12% bf I will be cycling this winter.

Dianbol 4-9 @ 80mg
Test E 1-14 @ 900mg
Deca 1-14 @900
Eq 1-14 @ 400 (help with eating) may adjust to 600 if needed
Foods that I prefer but not limited:
Chicken, Talapia, ground turkey, steak, greek yogurt, brown rice, white rice, oats, whole wheat pasta, broccoli, squash, yams, sweet potatoes, egg whites, mozzarella
