So I can't afford a nutritionist and there are so many diets on on here I was hoping you guys could help me make something for me personally
5'10
205
estimate around 17% body fat
GOAL
Im looking to stay at my weight or continually grow but I really want to get my bf down

I work out about 4-5 times a week pretty intense
So I would love a diet to really get me back on track I look sloppy what do you guys got?

It is true but i would prefer to diet control. just look..

1. Have a sound breakfast each morning
2. Quit checking calories and eat sustenance's that support your body.
3. Continuously have a few veggies and organic product washed and cut in your ice chest.
4. Supplant eating routine pop with unsweetened drinks.
5. Utilize the "Plate Method" to make a sound supper.
6. Cut down on carbs.
7. Shrink your lunch and supper plates.
8. Appreciate less sound sustenance's sometimes, in little partitions, unless there's a restorative reason not to do as such.
9. At the point when eating out ask your server to twofold the green veggies set up of the potato or rice.
10. Always do some exercise for health.

At last i want to tell you, if you want to control your diet then you must be take some solution from doctor or you can find your product from Paper Steroid Guy.

3.Go to http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc and calculate how many calories you're maintenance is on days you do and don't workout, combining them for a week
4.A pound of fat is about 2.2 kilos, and equals about 3500 calories, socalculate the math accordingly for 5 kilos and spread it out amongstyour weekly goals.
5. Adjust your daily calories to fit the resulting number in time for your goal's deadline. Keep protein for your maintenance/growth, but start cutting calories if needed from carbs first.

To lose BF stop eating carbs of any kind, "healthy" or not, except after your workout (both postworkout shake and meal) and with breakfast. Doesn't matter if it's fruit, don't eat it except those 2 times, you can get vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients from vegetables without the sugar.

If you really want to boost it, keep your heart rate up during workout by doing jumping jacks or jump rope in between sets when you normally rest.
