Need help with weight gain

Hey

I'm 19 and currently a student.

I am generally quite an athletic person, and was going to the gym quite regularly for quite some time.

I've been trying to gain weight for a while now, using many different 'mass protein gainers' etc. But everytime I start using them I have major acne outbreaks and have to stop because I get a tone of pimples.

I currently weigh 63kg and am about 6ft.

I was wondering if anybody can refer me to any products of routines that they have used to successfully gain weight/put more muscle on, without all the bad sugars etc.

Food works. Eat lots of it. Do this for 6 months and report back. GICH

Theres no magic powder that will make you put on mass. Tell whoever cooks your meals to make extra and eat that later in the day.

Who has trouble gaining weight??

Just eat. Eat. Eat.
It's not hard.

If you seriously can't gain weight, eat as much fattening shit as possible.
 
Try eating mexican food every other day. You'll gain weight.

Try chicken enchiladas, beans, rice, plenty of protein, fat and carbs.
