Hey, just want some advice on my workout for the week im 5,11 and 194 pounds, im not that out of shape i just want a six pack for the summer.
Monday- chest and back
Tuesday - abs and 30min cardio
Wednesday - arms
Thursday - abs and 30min cardio
Friday - legs and shoulders
Sat - rest day
Sunday - Cardio
I eat pretty clean and one day a week i have a cheat meal.
if anybody has any tips id be grateful to hear them!
