Need Help With Workout!

Hey, just want some advice on my workout for the week im 5,11 and 194 pounds, im not that out of shape i just want a six pack for the summer.

Monday- chest and back
Tuesday - abs and 30min cardio
Wednesday - arms
Thursday - abs and 30min cardio
Friday - legs and shoulders
Sat - rest day
Sunday - Cardio

I eat pretty clean and one day a week i have a cheat meal.

if anybody has any tips id be grateful to hear them!

why dont you go.....push/pull/ legs if you are going to lift 3 days a week
Monday-Chest, Shoulders, Tris
Tues-abs cardio
Wednesday-Legs
Thrusday-cardio/off
Friday-Back, Bis
Sat-off
sun-off/cardio
 
cool ill give it a try im also starting to take bsn cellmass and no-xplode and ON Whey. Do you think a six pack by the summer is realistic?
 
whats ur bodyfat %? Whats the diet look like? and you have summer in the UK..lol
 
In the mornings i have oatmeal coffee and a protien shake, for lunch i normally have a chicken or beef sandwich, and dinner is nothing heavy just chicken and potatoes or chili and a protien shake. im gonna start to have protien bars in between meals every day to stop me getting hungry.

The last time i checked my body fat it was 15% but that was about 3 months ago, i have lost a bit of weight since then so it may be lower.
