In the middle of a first Test E cycle about 5 weeks in. I want to up my calories a bit more-but want to do it cleanly. I was in the store today and saw some flax/fish oil. But couldnt get a stong answer on how many calories per serving it is. It said it was 10% of the daily recomended caloric intake-or something like that based on 2000 calorie diet. So basically a serving is like 200 calories?
Anyways was thinking of taking like 3-4 servings of that a day? Thoughts?
