I am a hardgainer, so I heard I have to rest more and work less...but hard! So, my current routine is:
day#1: chest, shoulder
day#2: back, biceps, triceps
day#3: legs, abs
day#4: rest
Is that all right for me? Or should I go for:
day#1:upper body (chest,arms,shoulder,back)
day#2:rest
day#3:lower body (legs,abs)
day#4:rest
