Hi, im new to the forums and am really looking for some help and opinions on a diet. Im a 16 yr old male and currently weight 125, im trying to bulk up for sports in the spring and have been hitting the weight room the past month 4 times a week and have started on creatine since last monday( 10G's a day). Im really trying to get a bigger body and most importantly I want to get really good abs. I allready have decent ones that show but I want to have even more visable ones. Here is my question about diet. For breakfast I eat a bannana and drink a GNC Pro Performance 100% whey protein shake. Then for lunch I have a banana, orange or tangerien, penutbutter+jely sandwich and veggi sticks. I dont eat any crap food at all, and if i do its not very much. And all throughout the day I drink plenty of water, 60-80 Oz's of water. For dinner i usally eat healthy, chickin, rice, steak, fish. Im really looking and hoping for opinions on how i can improve my diet or if its good allready, and what i can add to it, any help would be great, thanks.
