i have been using xpand for two cycles and got good results. then i saw p-slin and stared to do some research on it and saw it is a great product. and i saw if you stack it will anabolic pump u get even great gains. but the down side is that u have to eat a lot of carbs when using this tow product together and i am trying to cut up and lose body fat. should i just get P-slin by itself or stay with xpand. cos when u use p-slin u just take it once a day pre-workout with 75g of carbs which it not to bad. or is there something better then that i can get. i just need something that will give me energy when i workout besides food. cos before i got gym i eat 60gs of carbs with 300gs of chicken or tuna. :hmmm::hmmm::hmmm::hmmm::hmmm::hmmm:

Caffeine tablets. Cheap and effective.

I wouldn't reccomend taking in an extra 75 carbs if your trying to loose weight.

However, recent studies have unveiled many important benefits of caffeine and coffee consumption, particularly for athletes. Many of these benefits have never previously been considered.

At the cellular level, caffeine owes its psycho-stimulant action to the inhibition of the adenosine A2A receptors. (Adenosine is one of the four building blocks of DNA and an important signaling molecule in the brain.) At concentrations equivalent to a few cups of coffee a day, caffeine binds and blocks nerve cells that normally inhibit voluntary movements in the brain’s movement centre, (the striatum). This creates that subtle but very cool “wired” feeling from a jolt of caffeine.

Most athletes know that caffeine gives a workout a serious boost. However, caffeine has recently been shown to be effective at reducing mus........

Good ol caffeine. Cheap and effective.
Lately I've been on a USP Labs Jacked kick. You can get by with only 6oz or so of water to mix with (so you don't feel bloated from drinking a bunch of liquid) and it isn't sickly sweet like NO Explode is.
