eggs and whey have been a big part of my food plan but found out i have a latent allergy.. I found pea protein by nutra summa is pretty good.. trying to slowly reincorporate greek yogart back into my food plan but it seems to be causing some sinus issues. eggs i am trying a couple times a week.. i am getting burnt out on pea protein as my nite snack.. ..
wondering if lentils and beans can be a good substitute .. but aren't there more carbs there? thanks!
