For those of you that might not remember, I stated my experience with the VPX Meltdown product. You can find that post here:

Ever since that day I've continued to experience heart trouble, such as palpitations, dizziness, chest pain, and just a general ill feeling from time to time. This has been going on since August and it's become quite frustrating. I no longer take any weight loss supplements, nor do I take any general pill as I'm afraid of the effects it will have on me. I used to take a simple pain killer, such as ibuprofen without a problem for headaches; however, I took it one day and experienced more palpitations within 30 minutes.
There's a lot more to this story, but I want to get to the main point.
Today I started going to the gym again after an unwanted break. I had been to the gym last month without a problem, but the last few weeks have been crazy with work that I was unable to go. Today I had planned on working my chest/triceps but that fell short. About half way through I started to feel sick and felt something wasn't right. I noticed it was taking a little longer to catch my breath more than usual. I felt like I couldn't swallow and started to talk towards the front of the gym. When I stopped I noticed my heart was racing so I sat down. After a few minutes my heart rate lowered although I still felt a little weak. At that point I had to go home; I just couldn't hang with the thought of doing more and possibly passing out.
I've been to the doctor, had some tests done, although I have two more to do: a stress and ultrasound of my heart. I had a 24 hour monitor that basically said I have an irregular heart heat; doctor himself said my heart sounds fine but I have a few extra beats which may be the cause of my palpitations. The doctor stated he wants me to get an ultrasound and stress test to rule anything serious out, as he thinks the tests will return nothing that should be of concern, although I find that hard to believe, even though he's been a cardiologist for 45 years. I'm thinking my issue may be related to high blood pressure as it runs in the family, as well as the irregular heart beat which both my mom and aunt have.
As a side note, my normal heart rate at rest is anywhere between 40-50 bpm.
To be honest, I don't even feel comfortable going to the gym anymore or even working out with my condition. I've never had an issue with these things before in my life, and now that it's surfaced I fear a lot of simple things in life that I shouldn't. At this point I've decided to stop working out until I know what's going on. I'd rather not kill myself in the process. It sounds crazy, but to constantly feel like death is near or may happen at anytime is quite nerve racking.
Do any of you have any advice for me, other than the obvious of going to the doctor? All of you are complete strangers to me, but being a member of this board, even though I rarely post, I needed a place to vent. I just hope what's causing this isn't too serious and that it can be controlled. I just want my normal lifestyle back.
Thanks for listening.
