I am sort of new to the lifting weights. I have been at it around a month and can tell some changes have happened.
However I still have a spare tire and fat lying around. I have been trying to eat right, not many carbs. during the day. I have been uping the protein, and still get some of the good fats (omegas) and some complex carbs.
I would guess my body fat around 15-19 ?? I am 6' and weigh 185 lbs.
What plan would you go with if you were me? I am wondering if the lifting will eventually burn the gut off or will I need to go thru a big cut phase?
I have been trying to read as many posts from others, trying to learn.
