Ok I've been in and out of weight lifting for 2 years now.I know the first thing I need to do is be more consistant. But heres my problem.I'm way too skinny and my genes ar'nt muscle mass friendly.I'm 31 yrs old 5'11'' and I weight 146-150.I sleep about 6-8 hrs a day and eat about 3-6 times a day.I know I need to get about 1-2 more hrs of sleep per day.I also know I need to eat 3-4 more times a day and I will start doing that also.I have dumbbells from 3-55lbs and an adjustable incline/decline bench.I will be purchashing a rack and bar for squating and bench press soon.I need a routine I can follow preferably Mon,Wed,Fri = on .Tue,Thur,Sat,Sun = off .Mon chest, bis, tris.Wed shoulders, forearm, delts.Fri,lower body.If I only workout 3 times a week, I think I will have a better chance of sticking with it verses 4-5 times a week. Some supplemments I have used has been All the Whey and some off the wall protien bars. Also have used cell tech and some dumb pills I forgot what they were called.I am considering fish oil, flax seed oil, creatine (does this make your balls shrink)? the problem is theres so much supplements out there who knows whats good and whats not?I'm welcoming all suggestings asking you to keep in mind that I'm a skinny guy who has a hard time gaining any weight whatsoever.suggestions on what rack and lat pulldown I should buy, what supplements are worthy, and a routine I can stick to how many reps and when to increase weight and reps, this has always troubled me I never know when to increase the weight or the rep.Thank you.

a) be consistent
b) read the training 101 stickie so you can set up a routine and then post that routine in this thread so we can help you refine it. total body or upper/lower would be the way to go.
c) you don't need to necessarily eat more meals....but, you need to eat more calories...either eat more meals/more frequently OR increase the calories of the meals you are eating. post your diet in the nutrition forum.
d) aside from whey protien, fish oil and an MRP shake, don't worry about supps right now. worry about getting more calories in and getting consistent in the gym.
