Hey guyz,
I wanted to get into modelling, so got muscular with moderate size and 6 packs... i have a lean structure and iam a hardgainer already... iam lifting from past 4 years... didnt get much work in modelling and iam fedup of being lean... i have planned to bulk up in winters and have planned to go for a custom stack and asking for suggestions about how the stack is and if there is any better and economical option.... so here is my stack
1) 1 scoop ON Pro complex with oatmeal in the Morning
2) After an hour or so.. Animal Pack with breakfast
3) Then Office Time
4) Universal Shock Therapy while leaving from office ie before hitting the gym
5) Gaspari SizeOn during workout (50 minutes workout)
6) Another scoop of Pro Complex
7) One Fish Oil Softgel after dinner
