What's up, been reading these posts for a long time, finally got into a routine.
I haven't worked out in years, short dude, 5'5, current weight is 156 (down from 169 due to working out). I'm looking to get lean and tone, build some lean muscle mass, but not get huge. I can't do the fat burner pills with tons of caffeine, get the shakes, jitters, etc. Is there anything I can/should be taking that isn't a caffeine filled supplement that will help me get a boost in my efforts to lose some pounds and/or gain some muscle? I'm not looking for a weight gainer at the moment, just something to help burn the fat and build the muscle without making me feel like I'm on speed.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated!
