Been cutting and now maintaining for a bout 2 months at 170 with about 6.5% body fat. I love being this ripped, but I feel so damn small now. I am 5'11, I am not small...But I mean compared to what I looked like at 200, I feel puiny. I really just want to bulk back up again, but this time only go to 185, and stay under 10 bf if posible. Right now I am doing around 2400-2800/cal a day, it varies depending on workout day and off days.
Probally say usually around 2600, would it be safe to jump the calories to 3000 for the next 3 weeks (winter break) and see what happens? Is this too big of a jump?
Another weird question...
Tell me if this makes sense? Lets say I make a 3000 calorie diet, and I stay on it for weeks, even months...Without upping the calories, I'd eventually hit 185, no?
I seem to work well with the 12/15/18 rule. 185 (my goal weight, this bulk) is
2775 to maintain so technically even at 3000, i'd still be 200 over maintenance.
So I was just wondering if I kept the calories at 3000 would i be able to bulk to 185 without changing them? Also how would a weekly cheat meal effect me?
